We are half way between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox this weekend and it’s a comforting thought that it is officially Spring next month. This week, although we were expecting to ride indoors, some unexpected milder winter weather gave us the opportunity to get outdoors and engage with Mother Nature, enjoying the fresh air, the natural daylight and the sounds and sights of the countryside – perfect nature therapy for everyone. The riders were super and rode beautifully, ably assisted by the wonderful volunteers. They help our participants progress with their riding skills week in week out, whatever the weather! Finally, a big shout out to our much-loved friends the RDA horses, such dependable all rounders and pros at their jobs 🐴💜
