LFRDA Update
Tuesday 01 September 2020
Dear friends a very warm hello from us
It’s been a long six months since our closure and we are now in the fortunate position to have survived the lockdown and to be able to re-open our doors. We are pleased to say that, following a lot of planning and preparation by the Trustees and Volunteers, we are starting the first phase of our re-opening. Over the last few weeks we have worked tirelessly to make sure we can deliver our RDA activities safely in accordance with Government guidelines.
Initially, because of COVID-19 measures, the number of riders has to be strictly limited and, for the time being, riding lessons are only available to riders who need minimal assistance. Sadly this means we cannot accommodate all our riders straight away however, we are very keen to be able to offer more riding lessons as restrictions ease. We hope it will not be too long before we can offer a return to riding for all our riders but the safety of our volunteers and riders must remain our top priority.
The last few months have been uniquely challenging and brought continuing uncertainties and we are looking forward to brighter times ahead. Thank you so much for your continued support, we really appreciate your patience and understanding and we look forward to welcoming everyone back to the fold as soon as we can.
With our very best wishes
Team LFRDA
