Thank you Waitrose Brighton!

In these ever changing times some things will always remain the same, we need good deeds, helping hands and loving hearts. This leads us to share with you some good news courtesy of a kind donation received from Waitrose, Western Road, Brighton.
It’s nice to know the Community Matters programme at Waitrose is still helping those in need during these tough times. Owing to COVID-19 stores have a temporary freeze on the use of the ‘green tokens’ however, Waitrose are continuing to support three local charities who share the monthly donation of £1000 between them.
We are pleased to report that the group recently picked up a cheque for £335 from the Brighton store.
Our grateful thanks to Waitrose for selecting LFRDA as one of the charities, we applaud them for their much needed generosity in giving us this helping hand.
