An action packed training day yesterday saw a brilliant turnout – it was wonderful to see so many of our volunteers together.

Training covered various topics including horse care, grooming, tacking up, rider support and Health and Safety awareness. Thank you to the coaches for their valuable input. Training days are a great opportunity to gain knowledge, interact with each other and share experiences. The team were joined by our equine partner, fantastic Flynn, who was an absolute star from start to finish. During the session it was the ideal time to present our newly qualified volunteers with their Volunteer Certificates and ‘officially’ welcome them to the LFRDA community. Well done everyone!
