In this week of celebrating Trustees we had more cause for celebration as we wished a very Happy Birthday to our Trustee, Treasurer, Coach and long time volunteer Sarah-Jane. Although all our sessions are special some are even more so. Our coaches are the heart and soul of the group, always going that extra mile and thank you SJ for all that you do for us and we know that’s a lot! We hope you had the best day ever, full of wonderful memories, in the knowledge that you are truly appreciated and loved by so many in the LFRDA family. Handsome Flynn was pleased to join in the celebration and thought hay! hay! are these beautiful flowers an early lunch snack?!
