Dear friends, supporters and visitors to our website, we hope your Christmas was just the way you wanted it and full of everything you enjoy. We can’t quite believe we’ve stepped into a new year and yet here we are welcoming it with open arms. As we change the calendar, January is a natural opportunity for looking back and moving forward simultaneously! For LFRDA it’s impossible not to feel grateful for 2025, the year that gave us all that we could have wished for and, as we leave it behind, we cling to so many special memories that we’ll roll into 2026. Enormous thanks to the volunteers, the riders and their support teams, the family Chestnuts, their cherished horses and everyone who has been part of our tenth birthday journey. Happy New Year one and all, here’s to learning some new things and remembering some old favourites that we want to keep hold of! May your 2026 be filled with all the wonder, joy and positive moments we haven’t imagined yet 💜
